●お客さんの購入までの感情の流れ　ＡＩＤＡって？　Ａ：注目

ギャップ理論については、詳しくは神田昌典先生の著書「あなたの会社が
90日で儲かる!」をお読みいただきたいと思いますが、人は、期待している
ことと、提供する現実との間にギャップがあれば行動のきっかけとなると
いうことだそうです。

これを心理学的には、認知的不協和といいます。
来訪者が期待している現実、あなたのお店を訪れた方は何を期待しているの
でしょうか？

それに対してどのように期待を裏切るかということです。
期待に応えるのではないですよ・・・

裏切る方向性がプラスでもマイナスでも、どちらでもＯＫです。
重要なのは、大きく期待を裏切れば裏切るほど注目を浴びるということです。

例えば、あなたのお店が楽天でお肉を売っているとしましょう。

来訪者があなたのお店に辿り着いた理由はいろいろあると思います。
何か美味しいものを探しに検索サイトから来たのかもしれませんし、
楽天市場で偶然来たのかも知れませんし、楽天日記のアフィリエート
から来たかも知れません。

理由は共あれ、肉を売っている店である限り、「どんな美味しい肉が売って
いるのかなあ・・・」という疑問を意識的に、或いは無意識に思い浮かべ、
そして美味しさや店舗を期待しながら来訪します。

期待している範囲は、彼らの過去の経験によって決まると思います。
人は、見たことも聞いたこともないものは想像し難いからです。

つまり、あなたのお店が他のお店が到底やっていないようなこと、
例えば、奇抜な看板画像とか、効果的あるいは常識はずれのキャッチコピー
（文字の色、大きさも含む）とか、並外れて美味しそうな肉の写真や想像を
絶する写真、驚嘆の価格（安いorタダor高い）、極端に大きな文字、
COOLすぎるデザイン、逆にあまりにダサダサのデザイン・・・・

挙げればキリがありません。

大切なのは、来訪者に「おおっ！」「エッ！？」と思わせること。

とにかくライバルの店よりも「変わったこと」をして「目立たせる」という
ことに尽きます。来訪者にサプライズを与えることに焦点を合わせます。

感情を揺さぶることに成功すれば、来訪者は次のＩ：興味のステップへ進んで
くれるでしょう。
